Return & Exchange Policy
Itees offers a 10-day product exchange policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund.
To start a return, please contact us at Iteesonline87@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if any product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including certain fragrances, custom or personalized orders, and personal care items. Additionally, we do not accept returns on opened materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Discounted products and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please reach out if you have any questions about a specific item.
Exchanges and Refunds
The easiest way to get what you want is to return the original item for approval and then place a new order for the replacement product.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item and inform you if your refund has been approved. Once approved, refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please note, refunds via credit or debit cards may take 8 to 10 business days to appear in your account. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact us immediately so we can assist.

Steps to Return or Exchange Your Items

Repack the product securely, including the original invoice. -
Ship the Item Back:
Send the package using a trackable shipping method to the provided return address after receiving approval.
